Peaceful reef-safe hermit crabs from the Caribbean — solid scarlet body with distinctive yellow eyestalks. Adults reach 1 to 1.5 inches. Opportunistic omnivore that forages biofilm and organic debris on mature surfaces. Suitable for established saltwater systems with corals, peaceful fish, and other invertebrates including seahorses. Recommended stocking: 1 crab per 2–3 gallons. Ships overnight in breathable bags with thermal insulation. Established saltwater tanks only (10+ gallons).
